There is no specific ALS for the “phone system” and related PSTN services such as Auto-waiting cloud and call queues. (ii) You will defend us against all claims by an unrelated third party that violates customer data, customer solutions or non-Microsoft products or services that you provide directly or indirectly when using a product, against the patent, copyright or trademark of third parties, or that illegally use their trade secret; or (2) a violation of the terms of use. Microsoft provides service credits when service availability is covered by restrictions. Our Section 5.a. obligations do not apply to claims or premiums based on the following reasons: (i) customer solution, customer data, non-Microsoft products, changes you make to the product or services or materials you provide or provide in connection with the use of the product; (ii) your product combination with or damage based on the value of customer data or a non-Microsoft product, data or business process; (iii) Your use of a Microsoft trademark without our explicit written consent or your use of the product, after we have asked you to terminate its hiring due to a third-party claim; (iv) the distribution of the product to unrelated third parties or their use for the benefit of an unrelated third party; or (v) products provided free of charge. Prices are tax-free, unless the invoice indicates other than the tax included. You are responsible for all applicable stamp duty and all other taxes that you are legally required to pay, including all taxes related to the distribution or supply of products to your related businesses. We are responsible for all taxes based on our net income, gross taxes on income rather than taxes on income or profits or taxes on our property. “portal” refers to the respective websites of online services that are located on products.office.com/en-us/home, azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ or on another website we identify. Microsoft does not report Microsoft Teams hours of operation or interrupt Office 365 hours of service. However, they report here publicly on the lifespan of Office 365 as a whole. “SLA” refers to the commitments we make regarding the provision and/or delivery of an online service, as published on aka.ms/csla, azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/sla/ or on another site we identify. “Online Terms of Service” refers to the conditions for your use of the products available www.microsoft.com/en-us/Licensing/product-licensing/products.aspx. The terms and conditions for online services contain conditions for your use of products that apply in addition to the terms of this contract. This ALS applies to all authorized calls placed by a voice service user in the subscription (activated for any type of VOIP or PSTN). “Managed Service Solution” is a managed IT service that you provide to a third-party provider consisting of management and support for Microsoft Azure Services.
